• I am NOT the most talented

Can You:

• Pick me out of a crowd?

Will I:

• Stand out enough to catch your eye, or will I just blend into the background and become one of many you won't remember?

What YOU should think:

• Are you the best?
• Are you the smartest?
• Are you the most skilled and experienced at seeing beyond talent?

• Can you inspire me?
• Can you help me achieve a new level and let the desire and passion I have for this game feed my willingness to learn and succeed?
• Are you willing to take a chance on me and TEACH me?
• Can you be that coach?

I WANT it, can't you see? Will I be left out and passed over again?

Coaches Comments:
NEVER forget this is a child we are evaluating. An unfortunate and cruel reality of competitive sports is, it can bring out the best in some. In others, it can make them perform at a level well below their true capabilities. It is a stressful time for all involved, that must be taken into account and a coach, or evaluator's job is to try and put the players at ease. It is not always possible but, it is your duty to try and achieve this.

A positive and encouraging environment can ultimately bring out the best in anyone.

I guess this is just another of my dreams for a perfect world.
